KNOWLEDGE
- Outside masonry should be built to last. Freeze thaw, ice, snow & cold will ruin masonry. To stand up to northern Virginia weather I use the correct mortar, cement, additives & techniques, others don't.
- Too much sand in mortar is the most common cause of masonry failure, we measure our sand to mortar ratio, others don't they use a shovel leading to too much sand.
- Most water proofers will ruin masonry, we use the correct product for your job, others don't know the difference.
- The wrong cleaner can ruin masonry we can clean it without harming it.
- A lot of companies can make masonry look good very few can make it last.
